Custom & Personalised Printed Items
Accounts
You can create an account on Scotty D’s for the purposes of viewing and paying invoices.
If creating an account you must include your name and correct email address. As a customer, you must provide us with a true, accurate, current, and complete information about yourself.
You are responsible for preserving the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You must notify us straight away if you think your account has been compromised.
Images/photos
Some of our services/products require customers to upload/email a photo or photos depending on the product. We only keep these photos until the product has been printed, we do not permanently store images/photos. We do not print copyrighted materials so by uploading a photo/image for print work you accept that you are the owner of the said images/photos. If we suspect a copyrighted image we reserve the write to remove it and possibly alert the authorities it may concern.
Colour variations
Due to the variety of materials and the imprinting processes used by SLV Giftware and its suppliers, we can not guarantee to match exactly tones or colour samples provided by the client. SLV Giftware will endeavor to match as closely as possible to these colour references but cannot be held liable for any further costs that may arise.
Payments
Offline Work (E.G Business/Club/Event Printed Products)
Payment is due on completion of work or issued invoice date, unless otherwise stated or agreed first.
We accept cash, bank transfer or PayPal .
Cash on delivery is accepted for local customers only. (by agreement only)
Products & Services
Scotty D’s have the right to alter any details or design of products displayed on our website without prior notice. While we try are best to describe our goods as accurately as possible, no warranty is given as to accuracy and not be liable for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
Security
Scotty D’s try our hardest to keep and run a very secure site, but no site is invincible and if a security breach should happen we will deal with it accordingly. For this reason alone we earge you to always back up and save your account details, as we can not guarantee to do so.
It is up to our customers to maintain there devices pc/laptop/phone etc with the latest security measures. We are not responsible for any viruses/trojans or other security breaches that arise in the interference of a customers account caused by their own equipment.
