    Scotty D’s offer various items of printed clothing for personal or business use from T Shirts, Hoodies, Vests, Sweatshirts & more. We use top branded names for our clothing range such as, Fruit Of The Loom, Guildan, Souls, AWD, Russells etc..
    Options
    We use top quality HTV Vinyl for our printed clothing this is machine cut then heat pressed on to the garment. There are several HTV options from full colour photo print transfer paper more suited to personal items, down to HTV Vinyl which is great for business promotions, hen, stag doos or events and clubs etc.

    Quality
    We use top quality cad cut machines to cut and print out our HTV vinyls. All our HTV vinyl and transfer pappers are very high standard, long lasting and produce vibrant colours.

    Please note a majority of our items are made to order and our turnaround is usually 1 to 3 working days before dispatch, but this can vary during busy times.
    Once processed, you should receive your item within 1-3 working days. However, it could take longer for your item to arrive, depending on the postal services.
    Due to the many variations in device monitors/screens and browsers, the actual finished product colours may vary slightly from our displayed product image/photos etc.

    Delivery & Turnaround
    Scotty D’s use Royal Mail and other courriers for our deliveries. Most of our products are sent out via tracked delivery. Some of our larger orders may require a signature upon delivery. The exact courrier we use will largely depend on the size of the order etc, but 90% of the time we choose to use Royal Mail tracked.
    Our turnaround time starts the moment you place your order on our website. We usually allow 1 to 3 days turnaround time but this can be longer for busy times, such as holiday seasons etc.
    Once dispatched by Scotty D’s we are not held viable for late postage or damaged goods in transit. Goods are not considered lost by most couriers untill 28 days have passed (Though if this happens we will try our best to find where your item/items have gone way before that time.)

    Working Hours
    Our working days are Monday to Friday. We do not operate on weekends, but having said that, we will occasionally answer any any emails we see as important.
    If goods are undelivered and then returned to us there will be another delivery charge to the customer to have it redelivered.
    If we have sent out your item as tracked delivery, you can ask for the tracking number at any time, though this is usually emailed to you on the day of dispatch.
