Damaged goods
If items happens to arrive damaged in transit etc, then the buyer needs to take a photo as proof and send to us so we can chase up the appropriate channels and reclaim our money back from what ever delivery service we used. But in the mean time once we have proof we will issue the buyer a full refund.
All refunds will be made within 15 days of Scotty D’s receiving and checking the returned goods.

All refunds will be made within 15 days of Scotty D’s receiving and checking the returned goods. If the products are deemed damaged and/or unsaleable then the goods will be returned and no refund given.
All printed products are non-returnable due to the bespoke nature of the print.
These are considered personalised goods made to your specifications and cannot be re-sold. If there happens to be a print error etc, deemed to be our fault we will offer you a reprint or refund as explained above.
Proof via photos of the faulty product must be sent to us so we may check them before returning them and any liability is agreed.
